The Helena ring is a highly significant piece in a GAW signature design, inspired by the visual philosophy of Sankofa, an ancestral principle of the Akan people of Ghana, which teaches: "Return and Seek" (the wisdom of the past as a guide to the future).
Framing a square-cut stone (4x4mm), the band reveals openwork arabesques and spiral curves, reminiscent of the typical graphic features of Adinkra symbols, where Sankofa himself is depicted as a bird looking back. The stylization of these symbols is popularly found in architectural elements, especially in forged metalwork items such as antique gates and garden furniture. The Helena ring is a reminder that revisiting one's origins is a powerful gesture.
Engraving is not available on this model.
With the exception of Zirconia (white), all available center stone options are Natural Stones.
